Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms cover CallScout: the website at callscout.fun, the app at app.callscout.fun and the @callscout_bot Telegram bot. “CallScout”, “we” and “us” mean the people who run it. By creating an account or using CallScout, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
What CallScout is
CallScout ranks pump.fun callers by how their past calls did, using data from pump.fun’s own public responses, and sends Telegram alerts when callers you choose make new calls. It is a research tool. It doesn’t give financial advice, hold your money or trade for you. Read the risk disclaimer before you use it.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, and allowed to use a service like this where you live.
- You sign in with email, Google or a Solana wallet through our sign-in provider, Clerk. Keep your sign-in secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- An account is for one person. A Telegram group you connect is part of your account, and you’re responsible for its use of CallScout.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses CallScout or puts others at risk.
Access
CallScout is invite-only for now: using it needs an invite from us. We may change or end access at any time.
Using alerts and data
- Alerts are for you, or for the Telegram group your account connects. Don’t forward, resell or republish them beyond that chat or group.
- Don’t scrape CallScout, use it to build a competing service, get around access limits, break its security or overload it.
- We may change what CallScout shows and how alerts are delivered, add or remove features, and pause the service for maintenance.
Data and availability
Rankings and figures describe calls and prices as we observed them from pump.fun (and, for an alert’s refreshed market cap, DexScreener), which can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Alerts depend on pump.fun, Telegram and our own systems, and can be late or missed. We don’t promise CallScout will always be available or error-free.
No warranties
CallScout is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CallScout isn’t liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 and what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
You agree to cover claims against CallScout that arise from your breaking these terms or misusing CallScout.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Georgia, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we may also tell you in the app or on Telegram. Using CallScout after a change means you accept it.
