Privacy Policy

This explains what CallScout collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website at callscout.fun, the app at app.callscout.fun and the @callscout_bot Telegram bot.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address; your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google; or your Solana wallet address if you sign in with a wallet, which only signs a one-time sign-in message. Our sign-in provider, Clerk, handles sign-in and stores these, along with your Google profile picture and, for each sign-in, the IP address, device and rough location. When you sign up, we send ourselves a Telegram message with your name, email or wallet and your account ID, and another when you redeem an invite. We also keep whether and when you redeemed one.
- Your settings. The callers you follow, your alert settings and mutes, saved views, your time zone, and the alerts we’ve sent you.
- Telegram. If you message the bot: your Telegram user ID, username and first name, even before you connect. If you add the bot to a group: the group’s ID, name and public username, and the ID, username and name of whoever added it. In a group, the bot acts on and keeps only commands sent to it, its own buttons, changes to its membership and Telegram’s notice when the group changes its ID; it never stores the group’s conversation.
- Usage counts. Daily counts of page views and of people active in the app and in Telegram. These use pseudonymous keys that change every day and hold no names, emails, IP addresses or browsing history. We keep them for 365 days.
- Blocks. If we block an account or Telegram account for abuse, we keep what identifies it (its email address, wallet, Telegram ID and username) so the block still applies to a new account.
- Support and logs. Emails you send us, and short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) that our hosting keeps for security and fixing problems.
Callers
CallScout shows and ranks pump.fun callers using their public pump.fun profiles and calls: names, pictures, bios, X handles, follower counts and linked wallets. If you’re a caller and want us to review or remove what we show about you, email support@callscout.fun.
How we use it
- To run CallScout: sign you in, show your data, send your alerts.
- To manage access: invites, and blocks against abuse.
- To understand and improve CallScout.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run CallScout for us, each under its own terms: Clerk (sign-in), Railway (hosting and backups, in the United States), Cloudflare (encrypted off-site backups), Telegram (alerts and our sign-up notices), Google (sign-in with Google, and our support inbox), Porkbun, which forwards email sent to support@callscout.fun to that inbox, and DigitalOcean (servers that relay our requests to pump.fun). We build and look after CallScout with AI coding assistants (Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s Codex), which can see account data when we use them to investigate a problem. We may also share data when the law requires it. Caller and token pictures load in your browser straight from pump.fun’s image hosts and the others its data names, which see your IP address.
Cookies
Clerk sets cookies that keep you signed in. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. We don’t track you across other sites, so we don’t act on Do Not Track signals; the services named above see your requests under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until your account is deleted, by you or by us at your request. After that, block records are kept while the block applies; the Telegram ID, username and name of everyone who has used the bot, and the records of groups they added it to (the group’s ID, name and public username), are kept with no set end date, so we can block an abusive Telegram account later; your emails to support are kept as records of your requests; and the Telegram messages that told us about your sign-up and invite stay in our chat until we delete them. Deleted data stays in our scheduled backups for up to 30 days, and in copies of the database we make for maintenance or development until we replace or delete them. Records of changes to alert settings and of alerts sent, kept to diagnose problems, are deleted after 90 days. Usage counts are kept for 365 days.
Your choices
- Disconnect Telegram at any time in Settings or with /disconnect.
- Delete your account and the data tied to it (except what “How long we keep it” describes) at any time in Settings, under Manage account → Security → Delete account.
- To get a copy of your data, or to have us delete your account, email support@callscout.fun.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your data, object to how we use it, or complain to your data-protection authority. Email us to use any of them. We use your data to provide the service you signed up for, and to prevent abuse and improve CallScout. Our database and its backups on Railway are stored in the United States; the encrypted copies with Cloudflare may be stored in another country.
Children
CallScout is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we may also tell you in the app or on Telegram.
