Questions
How does the free trial work?
Press Start in @callscout_bot to begin your Trial. Already have an account? Connect Telegram in the app’s Settings. You can have one Personal Trial and one group Trial; each Telegram account and group can use its Trial once.
How do I get alerts?
Alerts arrive from @callscout_bot. Start there, or connect Telegram in the app’s Settings, then turn on alerts for callers, a tier or clusters.
Is this financial advice?
No. CallScout reports what callers’ past calls did. Past Peaks don’t predict future ones, and a Peak isn’t a trade result. See the Terms.
Where does the data come from?
Pump’s own records: each caller’s calls, the token’s market cap when they called (Call MC) and its highest market cap after the call (Peak). Values Pump doesn’t give stay blank rather than guessed.
How are callers ranked?
By the Peaks of their calls. Only a caller’s first call on each token counts, bigger Peaks count for much more, and a short record counts for less, so a few lucky calls rarely beat a long, steady one. The top 1% earn a tier: Legend, Pro+ or Pro.
Can I use CallScout with my Telegram group?
Yes. Choose Add a group in the app, add the bot and confirm from your private chat. You must be a Telegram admin of the group. Each group keeps its own Pass, watchlists and alert settings, and works without a Personal Pass. No CallScout approval is needed.
Does CallScout use my wallet?
A Solana wallet can sign a one-time message to sign in. Buying a Pass opens a separate checkout where you pay SOL or USDC on Solana and approve the payment. CallScout doesn’t trade for you.
Do Passes renew automatically?
No. Choose 30, 90 or 365 days in Billing. Each purchase adds that many days to the selected Personal or group account. Bought days wait while free access covers the account and run one after another; nothing renews automatically.
